Porter’s Paints in Alexandria, NSW, is seeking a Sales and Colour Consultant to provide personalised colour advice and deliver an exceptional customer experience while growing in-store sales. You will be supported by Showroom Managers and focus on boutique service, stock control, tinting, and cash handling.

This autonomous role will report into a supportive and knowledgeable Showroom Managers and be responsible for growing sales through offering a tailored boutique experience and expert advice.

Additional accountabilities include stock control, tinting of paints, general housekeeping and cash reconciliations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Colour and design experience ideally within the painting or interior design industries.
• Proven track record in retail sales and exceeding Customer’s expectations.
• Availability to work every second Saturdays
• Physically fit with manual handling ability
