nbn Australia is offering a Trainee Customer Field Technician role in the Bathurst region. You will learn on the job while supporting customers in the field, with a permanent full-time contract and leave entitlements.

The 12-month Traineeship leads to a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology, paid for by nbn. You will be mentored by experienced technicians, gaining hands-on skills connecting homes and businesses to Australia’s fibre network, with a company vehicle and safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid driver's license.
• Interest in customer service and ability to learn quickly.
• Commitment to full-time permanent employment with entitlements.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician
