The role is permanent full-time with leave entitlements, you will work toward a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over 12 months, and you’ll be paid while you learn. We offer 18 weeks of paid parental leave, a work vehicle, tools and safety equipment, and a supportive, inclusive

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work independently in field environments and travel.
• Eligibility to work in Australia with no visa restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field connecting customers to the internet.
• Learn and complete a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over 12 months.
• Be supported by experienced colleagues to develop skills as a Customer Field Technician.
