Job summary

nbn Co Limited is seeking Trainee Customer Field Technicians to learn and grow within the field, connecting customers to internet services across Australia. The role is permanent full-time with leave entitlements and offers an 12-month traineeship toward a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology.

You will be supported by experts, working primarily in the field, and receive a company vehicle, tools, clothing, and safety equipment.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and willingness to learn on the job.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to complete Cert III in Telecommunications Technology during traineeship.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field connecting customers to the internet.
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements.
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship.
