nbn is offering a Trainee Customer Field Technician role based in Australia. You will learn on the job while connecting customers to high-speed fibre and gaining practical field experience under expert guidance.

The program is a permanent full-time traineeship with entitlements and paid training. You will be supported throughout the 12-month traineeship towards a nationally recognised qualification, with a dedicated work vehicle, tools, safety gear, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be eager to learn.
• Willingness to work independently and at pace.
• A driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Work in the field helping to connect customers to the internet.
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements.
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over the 12-month traineeship.
• Be supported by experts in the field to complete your traineeship, learning how to be a Customer Field Technician.
