nbn is seeking a Trainee Customer Field Technician in Sydney to join our ACCOM award-winning traineeship program. You will learn on the job, connect customers to the internet, and work full-time with leave entitlements.

Over the 12-month program you will train toward a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology, supported by experienced mentors to become a skilled Customer Field Technician. Full working rights in Australia are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing customer service aptitude is essential.
• Willingness to complete a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over 12 months.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities
