nbn is seeking motivated individuals in Queensland for a Trainee Customer Field Technician role. You will learn on the job, connect customers to the internet, and work within a permanent full-time team supporting Australia’s fibre network.

You’ll complete a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over 12 months, backed by experienced mentors, with paid training and a company vehicle provided as you develop technical skills in the field.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service is valued.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to field-based work.
• Valid Australian driver's license is required.

Mansioni

• Work in the field connecting customers to the internet.
• Be employed on a permanent full-time basis with leave entitlements.
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over a 12-month traineeship.
• Be supported by experts to complete the traineeship and learn the role.
