nbn Co Limited is offering a permanent full-time Trainee Customer Field Technician role, designed to attract women and First Nations people to enhance our field service teams and national fibre rollout. You will learn on the job, be paid while you learn, and work towards a Certificate III in Telecommunications Technology over 12 months.

A company vehicle and safety gear are provided, with 18 weeks of paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop customer-facing skills in the field.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Commitment to completing a Traineeship and certification.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers to the internet in field settings.
• Work towards a Cert III in Telecommunications Technology over 12 months.
