Elite Eleven is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to join our fast paced Marketing Team at HQ in Melbourne. You’ll support planning, execution and optimisation of paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok to drive performance.

You’ll collaborate with design and content teams, monitor campaigns, analyse data and implement insights to boost ROI. Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Working closely with the wider Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok.

What you’ll be doing

Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.

Monitoring campaign performance, identifying trends, and applying data-driven optimisations to meet KPIs.

Tracking budgets to maximise return on investment (ROI) across all campaigns.

Collaborating with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives that connect with our audience.

Designing and optimising audience segments for targeted campaigns using demographic and interest insights.

Providing regular performance reports along with actionable insights.

What we are looking for

Someone with prior experience in paid media.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Knowledge of key advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
