Job summary

Simple Online Doctor is hiring a hands-on Growth Manager to own paid marketing across Australia, from scratch, driving real, measurable growth. You’ll execute, test, iterate and scale campaigns with a bias for fast wins and long‑term LTV, balancing CAC and conversion rate optimization.

You’ll build paid social from Meta first, expand to TikTok, YouTube and Spotify as warranted, and own Google Ads, with Looker Studio and GA4 for reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on performance marketing experience with paid social and paid search.
• Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio and CRM platforms.
• Ability to test, measure, and iterate with structured experiments.

Responsibilities

• Build paid social capability from ground up across Meta and future platforms.
• Own Google Ads and maximize reach within budget; explore Bing PPC.
• Run CRM campaigns, CRO experiments, and track CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Analyze performance with GA4/Looker Studio and report insights.
