Zusammenfassung

Central Coast Group Training (CCGT) is looking for a Business Administration Trainee for a Berkeley Vale, Central Coast NSW position. This full-time role trains you in essential office support within a busy civil construction company and provides hands-on experience across reception, data entry and document control.

You’ll study for a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business while being supported by CCGT and the host employer.

Qualifikationen

• No previous office or construction industry experience is required.
• This is a full-time traineeship with 38 hours per week.
• Willing to learn and adapt to civil construction administration processes.

Aufgaben

• Assist with reception and general office enquiries
• Support day-to-day running of the office
• Complete general administration and data entry
• Prepare, organise and maintain documents and records
• Assist with office coordination tasks
• Support staff with internal administration
• Help organise meetings, events and workplace activities
• Communicate professionally with staff, suppliers and other contacts
• Use business systems, email and Microsoft Office programs
• Keep information organised and up to date
