Skill Hire is offering a Carpentry Apprenticeship in Henderson, WA 6166. You’ll gain hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects while working toward a nationally recognised Certificate III in Carpentry.

You will learn to read plans, measure, cut, and install timber, operate tools safely, and follow health and safety procedures, with mentorship from experienced tradespeople throughout the four-year program.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in building and construction
• A current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• A Construction White Card
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to completing a four-year apprenticeship
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

Responsibilities

• Assisting with roof carpentry, wall framing, fix-outs, and general carpentry tasks
• Working across residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects
• Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Measuring, cutting, and installing timber and other building materials
• Safely operating hand and power tools
• Following workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements
• Learning industry best practices from experienced tradespeople
