Job summary

Qualifications

• Australian citizen, NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident.
• Year 10 completion or RoSA or equivalent.
• Ready to commence full-time employment in March 2027.
• C Class driver licence.
• Reliable transport to travel to the office or depot.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, or near live traffic.
• Willing to travel as part of your role.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Teamwork and a positive, accountable approach.
• Strong time management and organisation.
• Proactively learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical, hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
• Earn while you learn through a 3-year fixed-term, full-time Apprenticeship.
• Bridge Construction & Maintenance Apprenticeship in Grafton.
• Develop key workplace skills including communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
