No previous experience is required. You’ll receive comprehensive training, earn while you learn and develop in‑demand skills through real hands‑on experience within a NSW government agency.

Recruitment Timeline:
To support a smooth and efficient hiring process, below is an overview of the anticipated recruitment timeline.
Once applications close, the Talent team will review all submissions for shortlisting.
A virtual information session will be held for shortlisted candidates only on Tuesday 24 November at 4:00 PM and Friday 27 November at 10:00 AM. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email invitation and are required to attend one of the sessions.
Face‑to‑face interviews will take place between 13 January and 29 January 2027.
Candidates that meet requirements at interview will progress to pre‑employment checks.
A talent pool may be created for future roles over the next 18 months. If you are assessed as suitable and a vacancy becomes available, you may be contacted to complete pre‑employment checks.
This program is designed especially for individuals who are just beginning their career journey and are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience in a supportive environment.
