Teach 2 Talk Speech Pathology is a private paediatric practice in Narre Warren, Melbourne’s south-east. We are seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to manage a caseload with strong collaboration with families, schools and health professionals.

The role offers a full-time, office-based position with supervision, professional development and opportunities to contribute as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership.
• 1–5 years paediatric experience and ability to independently manage caseload.
• Evidence-based assessment and telehealth delivery skills.
• Clear communication with families, schools and professionals.
• Working with Children Check and Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paediatric assessments, interventions and consultations, face-to-face and via telehealth.
• Develop individual therapy plans around family goals and review progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools and health professionals for consistent care.
• Manage caseloads, appointments and targets, balancing timely therapy and billing.
• Maintain clinical notes, reports and documentation according to funding requirements.
• Engage in supervision and professional development to improve practice.
