Voxx Recruitment is seeking a New Grad / Early Career Speech Pathologist to join a Not-For-Profit clinic and community team in Sydney. The role supports ages 0–18 across clinic, homes, childcare, schools and telehealth, with a strong professional development focus.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team of OTs, physiotherapists, psychologists and behaviour support practitioners, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions while developing your paediatric skills.

Qualifikationen

• Essential requirements: SPA or upcoming SPA registration
• Full Australian working rights
• Access to a car and a driver’s licence

Aufgaben

• Conducting speech, language, communication and feeding assessments to identify each child's strengths, needs and goals
• Supporting children to develop communication skills across everyday environments, including home, childcare, preschool and school
• Providing strategies, education and support to families and educators to encourage carryover of therapy goals
• Providing speech pathology services across clinic, preschool, home and community settings, with occasional telehealth appointments
• Working closely with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners as part of a transdisciplinary team
• Maintaining accurate, timely and high-quality clinical documentation and progress notes
• Participating in team meetings, supervision, peer support and professional development
