Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Speech Pathologist to work in a clinic-based setting with paediatric caseloads. The role offers full-time or part-time hours, a generous base salary plus super, and a supportive, evidence-based practice environment.

You will diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders in infants to adults, with education for clients and caregivers and detailed documentation including reports and funding letters.

Qualifications

• Current SPA registration is required.
• Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Experience with paediatric assessment and intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assess, and provide evidence-based intervention for speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for a paediatric population.
• Prepare progress notes, reports, and funding/referral letters.
• Communicate progress to families, teachers, and other health professionals with consent.
• Participate in care-team meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration.
