Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Dubbo is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our MDT team. This full-time role (open to part-time for the right applicant) focuses on paediatric clients (0-18), many living with cerebral palsy, with a flexible work arrangement to suit your needs.

You will split your time between on-site sessions at our Gipp Street centre and client visits in homes, schools, or community settings, supported by ongoing clinical education and supervision.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Speech Pathology and registered with SPA.
• Current SPA registration or willingness to attain it.
• Valid driver's licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services to paediatric clients (0–18) with cerebral palsy or similar conditions.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, therapy and referral where needed.
• Participate in supervision, professional development and evidence-based practice.
