Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Dubbo invites a Speech Pathologist to join our MDT team supporting a paediatric caseload. The role offers flexible hours with a mix of on-site sessions at our Dubbo centre and outreach visits to homes, schools, or community settings.

You’ll work with experienced clinicians, receive robust clinical supervision and development opportunities, and may mentor graduates. CPA supports work–life balance and ongoing research collaborations.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration or willingness to attain it.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied paediatric caseload (0–18)
• Work with a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, Speech Pathology)
• Balance on-site and off-site client sessions across Dubbo/Orana region
• Provide supervision/mentorship to graduates and students as needed
• Engage in professional development and research collaborations
