About the Role:
Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, young people and their families? The Enhanced Child Health Service (ECHS) is expanding, and we are excited to welcome a Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in a newly established role.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow speech pathology services within ECHS while working closely with families to support children with speech, language, communication and feeding needs. Using a family-centred approach, you will undertake comprehensive assessments through parent and carer interviews, direct observation, speech and language assessments, speech sound assessments and, where required, feeding assessments. Your expertise will help families better understand their child's strengths, challenges and support needs.

You will build strong relationships with families, carers, schools, health professionals and community partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

As this is a new role, your ideas, experience and leadership will help shape the future direction of speech pathology within ECHS.
