Job summary

Emble Allied Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. You will work with children and families, developing evidence-informed, individualised supports tailored to goals and everyday life.

The role focuses on paediatric Speech Pathology, with potential opportunities to contribute to young adult services and diverse partnerships as the service evolves. Collaboration and ongoing learning are valued at Emble.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
  • Current registration as a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Working with Children Check (Victoria) required.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check required (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Check required (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Victorian Driver Licence and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Speech Pathology assessment and intervention across clinic, home, education and community settings.
  • Develop individualised therapy plans reflecting goals and priorities of each child and family.
  • Collaborate with families, educators and professionals to support participation across everyday environments.
  • Complete high-quality clinical documentation and funding-related documents.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, supervision and ongoing professional development.
  • Contribute to service development and organizational improvement initiatives.
