Job summary

Leap Centre in Frenchs Forest, NSW, invites applications for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join from early 2027. 4-day week (Tue–Fri), 36 hours paid as 38, with a three-day weekend every week.

New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply and will receive weekly supervision within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Deliver paediatric speech pathology to ages 1–18 in clinic and community settings, including schools and homes, with ongoing professional development and collaborative planning

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist with a passion for paediatrics.
• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligible for membership.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• New graduates welcome: weekly supervision and a team invested in your growth from day one; experienced clinicians are equally welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech pathology to a paediatric caseload (ages 1–18).
• Run sessions in our clinic and in the community, including schools, preschools and homes.
• Collaborate with families, educators and our OT and speech pathology team.
• Take part in supervision, team meetings and professional learning.
