Job summary

DPV Health in Melbourne’s northern suburbs is seeking an experienced Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join the Child Health Team. You will provide clinic-based services for children aged 15 months to school age with communication needs, in a family-centred and evidence-based framework.

Join a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with families, and support service delivery across DPV Health sites. A National Police Check and Working with Children Check are required, with a full driver licence

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters of Speech Pathology, or equivalent qualification.
• Eligibility to register and maintain Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience in paediatric Speech Pathology assessment and intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based speech pathology services for children (15 months to school age) with communication difficulties.
• Work within an evidence-based, family-centred framework and partner with families and a multidisciplinary team.
• May involve working across multiple DPV Health sites to support families where services are most needed.
