Posity is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric team in Melbourne. The role offers contractor, part-time or full-time arrangements within a clinical setting that supports growth and development.

You will work with children and families, delivering assessments and interventions in clinic, school and home environments, while engaging in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia membership.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Working With Children Check.
• Passion for paediatric practice and neuroaffirming care.
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and collaborative practice.
• Committed to strengths-based, neuroaffirming care.
• Experience with NDIS participants.

Responsibilities

• Provide paediatric assessments and targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with families, carers and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Apply evidence-based practices across clinic, school and home environments.
• Engage in regular supervision, peer review and performance reviews.
• Contribute to client feedback and satisfaction initiatives.
