Job summary

NSW Health's Kids Rehab is seeking a Level 3 Physiotherapist for a temporary full-time role based at Westmead. You will deliver expert assessment, treatment and coordination within outpatient multidisciplinary clinics, with involvement in intensive ambulatory rehabilitation as needed.

Applicants must be AHPRA-registered physiotherapists with postgraduate paediatric neurodisability or brain injury experience, and demonstrated leadership, teaching and research involvement in multidisciplinary

Qualifications

Registered physiotherapist with AHPRA registration.
Postgraduate experience in paediatric neurodisability or brain injury preferred.
Advanced clinical skills in paediatric rehabilitation and coordination of care.
Strong communication, teamwork and time-management abilities.
Experience supervising physiotherapy staff and students; leadership in service delivery.

Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate physiotherapy services for children referred to Kids Rehab.
Review policies and procedures related to service delivery and referrals.
Contribute to teaching, research and quality activities.
Provide clinical services to inpatients, ambulatory rehab and outpatients as priority allows.
Promote continuity of care from acute to ambulatory settings and liaise with community services.
