Job summary

NSW Health’s SCHN Digital Clinical Solutions Team seeks an experienced eMR Application Manager for Paediatric Pharmacy. You will support Pharmacy Applications, lead level 2 activities, and drive enhancements and testing of Cerner-based workflows across paediatric health services.

Role may involve after-hours support during upgrades; based at Westmead or Randwick with occasional travel to SCHN facilities. Strong collaboration with clinicians and IT are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and registration in health pharmacy.
• Extensive experience in health pharmacy environments with knowledge of healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge and support to stakeholders of Pharmacy Application solutions.
• Ongoing level 2 support, maintenance and troubleshooting of SCHN Pharmacy Application solutions.
• Plan and execute enhancements, upgrades, optimisation and development of Pharmacy Application solutions.
• Pharmacy Application testing and validation.
