Job summary

SA Health's Women's and Children's Health Network, North Adelaide, invites applications for a Paediatric Palliative Care role. Lead education, deliver learning initiatives for nursing and multidisciplinary teams, and drive practice improvement.

The role is full-time on a long-term contract to 30 June 2030, with up to 1.0 FTE and opportunities for a shared role. Salary is A$130,190–$136,010 plus 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current practising certificate (AHPRA)
• 3+ years post-registration experience with nursing education or staff development
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expert paediatric palliative care clinical guidance.
• Lead education and professional development activities; evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate projects/research to improve teaching and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Clinical Services and stakeholders to coordinate learning processes and outcomes.
• Contribute to monitoring and evaluating nursing practice and education initiatives
