Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with current or eligible NMBA registration.
• Proven ability to deliver patient-centred nursing care in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a busy clinic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and supervise staff.
• Demonstrated clinical judgement and problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
• Willingness to mentor and support students and junior staff.
• Proficiency with clinical information systems and healthcare technology.
