Job summary

All About Kids, a paediatric allied health practice with Springwood, Wooloowin and Strathpine clinics in Queensland, is seeking an independent contractor Occupational Therapist. You will conduct evidence-based assessments, deliver individual and group therapy for children and work with families on home programmes.

The role supports a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team and includes flexible scheduling across clinics, with admin handled by an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Paediatric experience; suitable for experienced/senior OTs.
• Confidence managing your own caseload.
• ABN, professional indemnity insurance and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Warm, collaborative approach with children, families and colleagues.
• Bonus: private practice experience or training in childcare/school-based intervention.

Responsibilities

• Evidence-based OT assessments including functional evaluations and standardised testing.
• Individual and group therapy across fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care and daily living skills.
• Provide practical strategies and home programmes families can use.
• Clear, timely clinical documentation and reports.
