Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support a paediatric caseload with a neuroaffirming practice in Brisbane. The role offers a path from the Fortitude Valley base to a flexible clinic setup with hybrid work potential.

You will work primarily with paediatric clients under the NDIS, with occasional cases up to young adults. A development plan includes a $2,000 PD allowance and 2 days PD leave as part of your growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Proven paediatric occupational therapy experience, ideally with neurodiverse clients.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for complex paediatric presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paediatric OT services to NDIS clients aged 1–18 with neurodiverse presentations (occasional 20–25).
• Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement client‑centred treatment plans.
• Record progress, adjust interventions, and liaise with families and carers.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

• Salaries starting from $90,000 - $115,000 + Super
• Predominantly Paediatric Caseload - Mobile role with an office hub in Fortitude Valley
• Professional Development plan tailored to you, $2000 CPD Allowance + 2 Days PD Leave

Your Role:

This is the perfect opportunity for an early-career Occupational Therapist eager to thrive in a clinician-first, client-first workplace. You'll work predominantly with NDIS paediatric clients aged 1-18 with neurodiverse presentations, varying in complexity, with occasional cases involving developmental delays in young adults aged 20-25.
