Wesley Mission invites applications for Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse positions within Disability Services. The role supports children and young people transitioning to the Intensive Therapeutic Care - Significant Disability program, working with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration (RN or EN) and AIHS/ALS training, with paediatric experience and willingness to work shifts.

Competenze

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Division 1 or Enrolled Nurse.
• Current Advanced Life Support training.
• Minimum 1 year working in paediatrics.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts and weekends.
• Current NSW driver’s licence (minimum P2).
• Current First Aid Certificate.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current NDIS Worker Check.
• Satisfactory criminal history record check.

Mansioni

• Provide individualised high-quality supports promoting client health (physical, emotional, social) and goals.
• Support clients in day-to-day lives per individual Care Plans.
• Make suggestions to shape and progress the new ITC-SD program and care plans.
• Assist transition of children and young people to their new home, creating a safe, homely environment.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive client care.
