Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support residents in Disability Accommodation Services. You will assist with nursing care, monitor residents, administer medications, and help develop care plans to promote independence and quality of life.

The role requires a current Enrolled Nurse certificate with endorsement for medication, 1+ year of experience, and availability for night shifts, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Your Role as Enrolled Nurse – Disability Accommodation Services

You’ll deliver this role by:

• Assisting with nursing care to residents
• Observing and monitoring changes in residents' status
• Administering medications
• Formulating and implementing care plans

What We’re Looking For

• Current Enrolled Nurse Certificate with the Queensland Nursing Council with endorsement for Medication
• Minimum of 1 years' experience
• Availability to work night shift
• Experience with Nursing Care Plans and other care documentation
• Clear communication skills

Essential Requirements

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy
• Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work
• Current AHPRA Registration
