Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse to join our Supported Disability Accommodation team. This hands-on clinical role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care within small, shared home environments where people with disabilities are supported to live independently and with dignity.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience in disability or high‑intensity supports is desirable.
• Ability to provide person-centred care in small home environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop, implement, and review care plans.
• Medication management and oversight.
• Supervise and support care staff and ENs.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and person-centred care.
• Contribute to staff training and clinical guidance.
• Maintain accountability to NDIS and nursing standards.
• Operate as the sole RN on site at times with high autonomy.
