Pulse Healthcare Doctors is sourcing a Consultant in Paediatric Otolaryngology for a substantive NHS post in Norfolk. The role involves 10 programmed activities per week, with SPA time for professional development and leadership. You will join a dynamic ENT team delivering paediatric care across the region.

The successful candidate will hold GMC registration with specialist ENT status and have subspecialty Paediatric Otolaryngology experience, contributing to teaching and service development.

Qualifikationen

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Inclusion on GMC Specialist Register in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Evidence of subspecialty experience or fellowship in Paediatric Otolaryngology.
• Experience at consultant level within ENT services.

Aufgaben

• Deliver outpatient clinics, theatre sessions, and inpatient care for paediatric ENT patients.
• Perform a range of paediatric ENT procedures.
• Participate in MDT meetings and contribute to shared decision-making.
• Support development and delivery of paediatric ENT pathways and services.
• Participate in the ENT on-call rota where applicable.
• Supervise and mentor junior doctors and MDT members.
• Engage in governance, audit and quality improvement initiatives.
