The role supports Child Development Services and works across hospital and community teams.

You will apply clinical judgement, coordinate access to services and contribute to quality improvement while delivering culturally safe, appropriate care.

Qualifikationen

• Strong contemporary allied health knowledge and evidence-based paediatric practice.
• Independent clinical judgement to manage complex referrals.
• Ability to lead quality improvement and contribute to policies and procedures.

• Support CDS and Community Paediatric Services through a single-entry intake model for children and families.
• Act as the first point of contact for families accessing paediatric Allied Health services.
• Review, assess and triage referrals based on clinical needs and family circumstances.
• Apply clinical judgement to guide referral management and initial clinical support.
• Coordinate access to services to ensure timely, appropriate care.
