We offer a generous percentage-of-billings arrangement, flexibility to structure your working days and hours, and the opportunity to work alongside established paediatric clinicians in a supportive environment.
Generous percentage of billings – rewarding you directly for the work you do.
Genuine flexibility – choose part-time days and hours that suit your existing commitments and lifestyle. Established paediatric practice – work within a clinic already caring for children and families. Internal referral opportunities – collaborate with paediatricians, psychologists and cardiologistswithin the practice.
Consulting room and practice infrastructure provided. Administrative support – allowing you to spend more time focused on your patients. Opportunity to grow – start with a smaller commitment and increase your sessions as your caseload develops.
Collaborative environment – become part of a multidisciplinary team rather than practicing in isolation.
You will provide assessment and evidence based speech pathology services to children and adolescents across areas such as speech, language, communication and developmental needs.
You’ll have considerable autonomy over your clinical practice while having the advantage of working within an established paediatric environment.
You will hold a recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and appropriate professional membership/eligibility, with a genuine interest in working with children and families.
Experience in paediatrics is highly regarded, but we are equally interested in clinicians looking to further develop their paediatric private practice experience.
We understand that experienced allied health professionals increasingly value flexibility, autonomy and control over their working week.
Whether you’re looking for one or two days initially, school hours availability, or a regular part-time private-practice base, we’d be happy to discuss an arrangement that works for both you and the practice.
