Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations to achieve production targets.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
• Day to day management of the packing team.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering, and other departments.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, components, packaging, and other production requirements.
• Investigate production problems and lead corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of workplace health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Participate in production meetings and communicate priorities, targets, and operational issues to Higher Management.
• Develop employee skills through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Support new product introduction, process changes, equipment upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Ensure accurate production records, documentation, and reporting are maintained.
