Job summary

Lite n' Easy, based in Banyo near Brisbane Airport, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the Assembly floor, drive production excellence, quality outcomes and a safe, high-performing environment.

You will oversee safety culture, ensure HACCP and GMP compliance, own line efficiency and coordinate training and onboarding while managing staffing levels and performance. This role offers real career stability in a growing business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading or managing people in a fast-paced food processing environment.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and HACCP requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on performance, line efficiency, product quality and safety.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on safety culture, ensuring hazards are identified, escalated and controlled
• Ensure GMP, housekeeping and food safety requirements are met in line with HACCP compliance
• Own line efficiency, product quality and manufacturing goals for your area

• Roster and manage staffing levels, addressing performance and team issues as they arise

About the role

Step into a key leadership role on our Assembly floor! As Production Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your area, leading your team through clear direction and support to deliver production excellence, superior quality outcomes and a safe, high-performing work environment.
