Job summary

Kent Worldwide in Australia is seeking a reliable Packer to join our production team on a casual basis. You will pack finished products, prepare orders for dispatch and support daily operations. Applicants should be comfortable with repetitive manual tasks, lifting and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Previous manufacturing or warehousing experience is preferred but not essential. Award wages apply with the opportunity for additional overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing or packing is preferred but not essential.
• Strong focus on safety and quality is important.
• Able to perform repetitive manual tasks and lifting within safe guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products
• Conduct visual quality checks and report defects
• Label and prepare goods for dispatch
• Maintain accurate production and packing records
• Assist with general production and housekeeping duties
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
