Job summary

BreatheSafe in Australia is seeking a Packer / Assembler (Warehouse Operator) to join our Carole Park team. This role focuses on packing orders accurately, labeling correctly, and preparing shipments while supporting production with occasional assembly tasks.

You will maintain a clean, safe warehouse, perform stock replenishment and cycle counts, operate forklifts if licensed, and work Monday to Thursday early shifts with Friday half-day. A strong eye for detail and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as picker/packer or in warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 20kg.
• Experience using Cin7 or NetSuite.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Forklift licence is advantageous.
• Reliable, motivated and eager to learn.
• Police clearance and pre-employment medical checks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick parts and products using paper pick lists.
• Pack and label orders to meet quality and shipping standards.
• Prepare orders for dispatch with correct documentation.
• Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts and stocktakes.

Following exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Packer / Assembler (Warehouse Operator) to join our team in Carole Park.

About The Role

This role is primarily focused on packing with the occasional assembly work required to support our production team. You will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are packed accurately while maintaining high quality and adhering to safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Packing & Warehouse Operations

• Accurately pick parts and products using paper pick lists
• Pack and label orders to ensure they meet quality and shipping standards
• Prepare orders for dispatch and ensure correct documentation is completed
• Assist with stock replenishment, routine cycle counts and stocktake periods
• Maintain a clean, safe and well organised warehouse
• Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks where licensed

Assembly Support (Occasional)

• Assist the production team with basic product assembly when required
• Use hand tools and machinery to assemble parts according to specifications
• Follow technical instructions and ensure completed products meet quality standards

Hours Of Work

• Monday to Thursday: 5.30am – 2.45pm
• Friday: 5.30am – 11.30am
• Enjoy every second Friday off for a long weekend!
• Flexibility Required: Standard hours apply; however, shifts may occasionally adjust to meet business demands, including stocktake periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a picker/packer, assembly, warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg).
• Experience using inventory management software (e.g., Cin 7, NetSuite).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Forklift licence (advantageous).
• Reliable, motivated and willing to learn
• Police clearance, reference checks and ability to pass a pre-employment medical (Inclusive of Drug & Alcohol test)
