Job summary

ABI Interiors is seeking a casual Pick and Pack Coordinator to join our Warehouse team on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for picking, packing and dispatching orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and basic computer tasks. Experience in warehousing and familiarity with IMS, RF scanners and WMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking/packing roles.
• Forklift certificate is desirable but not required.
• Familiar with IMS, RF scanners and WMS applications.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 kg and standing for long periods.
• Reliable transport to site.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Store and pack goods per procedures.
• Allocate and retrieve goods from warehouse areas.
• Operate basic computer terminal.
• Conduct periodical stock checks.
• Maintain housekeeping in own area.
• Use material handling equipment.
• Dispatch goods to customers.
• May perform adhoc customer deliveries in company vehicle.
• Other tasks as directed by supervisor.

Job description

We’re seeking a casual Pick and Pack Coordinators to join our Warehouse team, responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching orders.

What You Will Be Doing

• Storing and packing goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures and regulations.
• Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas.
• Operating a computer terminal or similar equipment to a basic level.
• Periodical stock checks.
• Housekeeping in own work environment.
• Using non-licensed and licensed material handling equipment.
• Dispatching goods.
• Picking and packing goods and materials.
• You may be required to do adhoc customer deliveries in a company vehicle provided for that purpose
• Other tasks that the supervisor or management may appoint

About You

• Experience as a warehouse assistant or a similar role.
• Current OSH Forklift Operator Certificate (desirable but not required).
• Experience with IMS, RF scanners, and WMS applications.
• Able to fulfil the physical and operational requirements of this role - including lifting up to 25kg, prolonged standing, walking, twisting and bending along with operating warehouse equipment, and working varied shifts.
• Must have own transportation to get to and from work

• Warehouse hours are 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm Saturday.
• Minimum 3 shifts per week ongoing - availability across Monday - Friday desirable.
