Job summary

Lion's Milton site in Queensland is seeking a Packaging Quality Analyst (Packaging Quality Officer) to help uphold the highest packaging and brewing standards across every drop. You will drive a quality culture, coach production teams, manage GMP/HACCP processes, and contribute to new product development and supplier reviews in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Quality experience in food/beverage with GMP/HACCP knowledge.
• Degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field.
• Strong communication and coaching ability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
• Adaptable to dynamic manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality culture and coach production team members.
• Manage critical quality processes including equipment monitoring and stock management.
• Prepare and deliver quality reports, trends and risk analyses.
• Support packaging ops through testing, validation and doc review.
• Coordinate contractor compliance and supplier performance reviews.
• Contribute to New Product Development and packaging changes.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
