Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to shape internal communications across the Pacific region, supporting clear, engaging and strategically aligned messaging for colleagues.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney in a hybrid role, you will work with leaders across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea to plan, create and deliver content across intranet, emails, videos and town halls, while tracking impact and refining future plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate and internal communications, marketing or journalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication, tailoring messages to audiences.
• Demonstrated project coordination, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across the business.
• Based in Melbourne or Sydney; hybrid role with three days/week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pacific internal communications strategy and plan activities.
• Create content for intranet, emails, videos, social media, town halls and webinars.
• Collaborate across platforms including SharePoint, email tools, internal social channels and Teams.
• Coordinate multiple projects with plans, timelines and follow-ups.
• Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Track effectiveness using insights and adjust future messaging.
• Partner with stakeholders to align communications with brand guidelines.
