Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a P&C Advisor (Fixed Term Full Time) to support the Engineering & Maintenance branch from Burwood, NSW. You will join a team of P&C professionals delivering HR services to about 4,200 employees with a focus on case management and employee relations.

The role is fixed term until August 2029 with a hybrid working model and regular travel to Sydney Metro depots. Strong advisory skills and union awareness are essential.

• Experience in operational, highly industrialised environments.
• Strong in case management and grievance resolution.
• Ability to develop, implement and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Proactive, adaptable and capable of collaborating across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support case management and grievance resolution within a highly industrialised environment.
• Respond to policy and procedure enquiries and talent-related matters.
• Contribute to delivery of the People Plan and broader P&C initiatives.
• Partner with the business and senior P&C Managers to support operations across Sydney.
