Job summary

Boeing Defence Australia is seeking an experienced MRO Manager to oversee P-8A Poseidon maintenance, training oversight, and field services from RAAF Edinburgh. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and stakeholder collaboration with Boeing and Australian authorities.

You will lead day-to-day MRO operations, ensure compliance with DASR and ISO standards, manage an agile team, and be ready to travel as needed to support defence programs.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, PM or a Technical Discipline.
• Experience leading teams in aviation maintenance.
• Knowledge of DASR, ISO QMS/SMS/EMS.
• Knowledge of DASR, ISO QMS, SMS and EMS.
• Australian Citizen with defence security requirements.
