Job summary

CC Pines Pty Ltd is seeking a Structural Engineer to own the structural scope for the Darwin project, with a flexible arrangement for Sydney-based work and periodic on-site visits to Darwin. You will lead design, coordination and delivery, working closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure safe, compliant, on-schedule results.

Relocation support if moving to Darwin, or flights and accommodation arranged for Sydney-based staff visiting Darwin on a set rhythm.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified Structural Engineer with experience in design and construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, blockwork and brickwork.
• Experience working on commercial, infrastructure or government projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design from concept to as-built for the Darwin project.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, site team and subcontractors to keep works on program and specs.
• Review and approve structural drawings, specs and submissions.
• Inspect works on-site and troubleshoot to support delivery.
• Identify risks early and develop practical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Australian standards and project requirements.
• Report progress and technical updates to the Project Manager.
