Job summary

Direct Couriers is seeking Owner Drivers to join our national network under a 3-year contract with a weekly minimum revenue guarantee. Most work is Business-to-Business, with some consumer deliveries, and no fixed territory across Australia.

We offer assistance to buy a suitable van and access to vehicle-finance options. Induction and training are provided before you commence, with Monday–Friday work, starting from home at 7am.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Australian driver's licence.
• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid visa with unrestricted work rights.
• Must have an ACN, ABN and be registered for GST; if not, assistance is provided to set up.

Responsibilities

• Majority of work consists of Business-to-Business deliveries with a smaller portion of consumer/residential deliveries.
• Work is Monday to Friday; start from home at 7am; typical weeks around 50 hours.
• Enjoy day-to-day variety with no fixed territory, servicing customers across industries and suburbs.

• You can have access to support in obtaining vehicle finance through a range of finance providers.


• No previous courier experience required - Induction and training provided prior to commencing.


• If required, comprehensive step-by-step guidance provided to help you establish and start your courier business.


• Required courier equipment is supplied.


• Work is Monday to Friday. Start from home at 7am.


• Typical working weeks are around 50 hours, although hours may vary above or below this depending on customer demand and the time of year


• Enjoy day-to-day variety with no fixed territory, servicing customers across a range of industries and suburbs.

The Right Candidates
