Job summary

Catalyst X is seeking Courier Owner Drivers in Australia. You will enter a 3+ year contract with a Minimum Revenue Guarantee and uncapped earning potential if performance is strong.

Owning a van is required; if you do not own one, we will assist you in purchasing the right van after offer. Finance support and equipment are provided, with work available across business-to-business freight and occasional residential moves.

Qualifications

• Must own a suitable van or be willing to purchase one with our help.
• Must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Must have or be willing to setup an ACN, ABN + GST (Pty Ltd).
• Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a visa with unrestricted work rights.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting business-to-business freight across varied customers.
• Availability Mon–Fri, 7am–5pm as required; approx. 50–55 hours/week.

Role & Offer

• You will be offered a 3+ year Courier Owner Driver contract that includes a 3+ year Minimum Revenue Guarantee.
• Your revenue will be uncapped, giving you an opportunity to make more than a fixed rate if you perform well.
• Owning a van is a required for this role. If you don't own a van, we will help you purchase the right van once you are offered a contract.
• If you require finance, we can assist you with obtaining finance through our supplier network.
• Required courier transport equipment will be supplied to you.
• To maximise your success as a Courier Owner Driver, you’ll need to be available Monday to Friday, starting at 7am and remaining available to collect work up to 5pm, if and when required.
• Weekly working hours can fluctuate depending on season (time of year), with the approximate average being around 50 - 55 hours per week.
• Jobs are allocated to you throughout the day, with the majority involving business-to-business freight collections and deliveries for a variety of customers across a range of industries. Some residential work may arise from time to time, depending on customer requirements.

The Right Candidate

• To carry out this work, you’ll need to own a suitable van. If you own one, we’ll check that your van meets required standards. If you don’t own one, we’ll help you purchase the right van and get you ready to drive.
