Job summary

Bonds Transport Group is seeking Courier Owner Drivers in Western Australia. You must own a suitable van (or be willing to purchase one) and hold an WA driver’s licence. The role offers uncapped revenue potential with a retainer/revenue guarantee and guidance to get you set up.

You’ll start your day from home around 7am, with the first job near your home and eight‑hour daily availability. Most work is Perth metro, with some regional trips and long‑term growth opportunities within the fleet.

• Australian citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Must hold a current Western Australia driver’s licence.
• ACN, ABN & GST registration required (Pty Ltd). If you don’t have this, we’ll assist you to set up your company.

Responsibilities

• Start your day from home; first job allocated near your home.
• Be available to collect work for 8 hours per day.
• Standard hours are 35–45 per week, with an average around 40.
• Most work is in the Perth metro area, with occasional regional assignments.
• Long‑term growth by expanding your own fleet; recruitment support for adding vehicles.

Successful candidates are offered a contractor's agreement and a minimum revenue guarantee (retainer).

This is a Courier Owner Driver role that requires you to own a suitable van. If you don't have one yet, assistance in selecting the right van and arranging finance is available.

Unlike a fixed income role, being a Courier Owner Driver on the Bonds Transport Group fleet gives you uncapped revenue potential - the more you put in and perform, the greater your revenue potential.

If you’re new to the courier industry, you will be guided and supported by a team of industry experts to help you get set up and job ready.

As a business-to-business courier specialist, you’ll service a variety of different business customers across a broad range of different industries.

Start your day from home by logging on at 7am, with your first job allocated nearest to your home. Start times can vary from time to time, as some days may require you to start as early as 6am depending on customer requirements.

You’ll be required to remain available to collect work for 8 hours per day.

Standard Monday to Friday hours is approximately 35 – 45 hours per week depending on the season and time of year, with an average of around 40 hours per week.

Weekend work is rare but may be available, subject to customer demand.

Most of the work will be within the Perth metro area, with occasional regional work.

Long-term growth is achievable by expanding your business and growing your own fleet. As you add more vans to your fleet, you’ll be supported by a recruitment team to assist with sourcing and recruiting drivers for your added vehicles.

About you

Must own your own suitable van or be willing to purchase one. If you already own a van, we will assess its suitability to meet company and customer requirements. If you do not yet own a van, assistance is available to help you purchase the right van.

Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid visa with unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Must hold a current Western Australia driver's licence.

An ACN, ABN & GST registration is required (Pty Ltd Company). If you don’t have this, we’ll assist you with setting up your company.

Good knowledge of Perth’s roads and surrounding suburbs is beneficial
