Job summary

genU is seeking an Overnight Sleep Support Worker to help customers with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement in Perth. This part-time permanent role involves overnight shifts and collaborative care to support customers in achieving their goals.

You will implement person-centred plans, assist with daily living tasks including medication administration, and follow positive behaviour support protocols, with mandatory reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers with behavioural support plans.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with people with disabilities.
• Ability to manage complex situations with patience and maturity.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to use private vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support person-centred plans to help customers achieve life goals.
• Assist with daily living skills: meal prep, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration.
• Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed.
• Carry out administration duties and mandatory reporting.
